The oil leak

So the oil leak in the Gulf has been going on for over a month now. If you want to see a previous post of mine discussing the leek you can read about it here.
So having already discussed it, what more is there to say. Well if you have followed me very long you can probably guess I come from the conservative side of the aisle. With that said I find it funny that President Obama is in a lose-lose situation here.
For so long the Democrats have tried to convince everyone that big government is the answer. Give all of the power to the government and we will solve all of your problems. Well...believe it or not some people actually think that the government can solve any and every problem. Many though that by electing Obama, their house payments were just going to disappear...but that is a post for another day.
Here is Obama's problem. There is a lot of oil leaking into the Gulf. BP is the company that caused it and is trying to stop the leak. Since Obama has convinced so many liberals that big government, and he in particular, can fix anything, many liberals are calling for Obama to step in and fix it.
Here comes Obama to the rescue.....
Wait a minute. Surly the Great Obama can step in and appoint some sort of Czar over oil spill and it will magically stop!!!
Coast Guard Commandant Thad Allen said something to the effect of if you remove BP what will you replace them with. They have all the technology and the knowledge. The government can not do it.
Well Mr. President. You have made your bed and now you can cry in it. Hope you enjoy everyone looking to you for the solution because government can't fix everything, and here is an example.
